1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "ak22", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at https://ak22.io and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" means the ak22 website, mobile site, native applications, and any software or service made available by ak22 to registered users.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the base currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the ak22 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The ak22 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ak22 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds subject to investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ak22 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Residents of certain countries may be restricted from accessing the Platform; a current list of restricted territories is available upon request from our support team.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Capacity

You warrant that you are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other restriction that would prohibit you from gambling, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To use the wagering features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ak22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether such access was authorised by you in fact.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ak22 immediately by contacting our support team. ak22 will take reasonable steps to investigate; however, we accept no liability for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

ak22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In such circumstances, the balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ak22 supports the following payment methods for BDT transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, however ak22 may impose transaction limits at its discretion for security and compliance purposes. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before processing any withdrawal, ak22 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ak22 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ak22 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any conversion costs applied by your payment provider are outside ak22's control and are your responsibility.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ak22 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 to dormant Account balances. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. You may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ak22 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal may be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement; certain games may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within 30 calendar days of being credited will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

ak22 employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated play between Accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, ak22 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any real-money funds used in connection with the abuse.

6.5 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Eligibility, deposit minimums, and wagering requirements specific to the welcome bonus are published on the promotions page of the Platform and may be amended from time to time.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

ak22 offers a range of gaming products including live casino tables, sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket markets), online slots, fishing games, and card games. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to scheduled maintenance or provider-level restrictions at any time.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip prior to placing a wager. ak22 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets and System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that results in a game or bet outcome being uncertain or unverifiable, ak22 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. ak22 is not liable for losses arising from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, and other tournament markets — are settled in accordance with the rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or deemed void by the relevant sporting authority, ak22's specific sport rules will determine the settlement outcome.

7.5 Responsibility for Wagers

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections and stake amounts before confirming any bet or game round.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their express written consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or software bugs in any game or the Platform itself to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or match, including match-fixing of any cricket or other sporting event.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals through your payment provider after withdrawals have been processed or bonuses claimed.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ak22 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ak22 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of ak22 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ak22.

Game content, including titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and other providers, remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is made available to Players solely under the terms of ak22's licence agreements with those providers.

10 Privacy & Data

ak22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

ak22's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ak22 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ak22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ak22 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction under which ak22 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact ak22's support team to seek an informal resolution. ak22 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by ak22's licensing authority.
